    “Pete’s” BBQ Babyback Ribs
    Chef Pete’s own family recipe, smoked slow & long to make them fall off the bone. You have never had them this good.

    “JoE’s” 22 oz Delmonico
    This is a well marbled, bone out, Ribeye steak. Lightly seasoned with JoE’s own steak seasoning & seared fast in our 1600 degree oven to seal all the juices in. Topped with frazzled onions.

    Filet Mignon
    8 oz Choice center cut filet served with a side of creamy horseradish sauce.
